If you don't know what the curd squeak is, you're missing out! When you bite into a fresh Stoltzfus Dairy cheese curd you are greeted with a friendly squeak and amazing flavor.

The notorious squeak generated by firm and springy texture is evidence that the curds are fresh. Using nothing but their family farm's milk they produce and distribute only the freshest cheese curds which we freeze to lock in the freshness until they arrive at your door. 

Cheese curds have been flash frozen and will thaw in transit. Disregard the Sell By Date, as they have been safely frozen and safe to consume.
